Frequently asked questions
What is a VSL?
A video sales letter: a video that explains your offer and ends with a button to buy or book a call.
How do I put my VSL on my site with Hilo?
Upload the video, pick the player style and copy the code. It works on WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Shopify, GoHighLevel or any site that accepts HTML.
Why does the video start muted?
Browsers do not let a video play sound on its own. VSL mode starts muted with a big button to turn the sound on.
Can I test two versions of my VSL?
Yes, on the Team plan: half the visitors see version A and the other half see B, and you see which one keeps people longer and gets more clicks.
What quality does it play in?
Up to 4K, with a menu to pick the quality.
Which plan do I need?
To embed videos on your site, Pro. For VSL mode with its analytics and A/B tests, Team.
That meeting could’ve been a video.
